Terms and Conditions for 89pkr Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 89pkr website, creating an account, or using any of the services offered on the platform — including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, and any promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 89pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using someone else's details — is a serious violation and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.

When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your real name, valid mobile number and correct date of birth.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify 89pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any of your information changes.

89pkr may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Payments

89pkr operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 89pkr balance within a few minutes. Processing delays can occasionally occur due to payment network issues outside of 89pkr's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Using another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account to fund your 89pkr account is prohibited.
• 89pkr does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, credit facilities or funds obtained unlawfully.

If a deposit is received from an unrecognised or mismatched payment source, 89pkr reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification and may return the deposit to the originating account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your 89pkr account at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amounts and verification requirements in place at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers.
• You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal or when requested by 89pkr's compliance team.
• Withdrawals are subject to standard processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers via Raast or standard bank transfer may take longer depending on bank processing times.
• 89pkr reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on large withdrawals before releasing funds.
• Active bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds will be returned to your 89pkr balance and you will be notified of the reason. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include incomplete verification, outstanding wagering requirements, or a mismatch between account and payment details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

89pkr offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• If you attempt to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus amount and associated winnings will be forfeited and only your real-money balance will be returned.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Using multiple accounts, abuse of bonus systems, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• 89pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 89pkr — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games and any other titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by physical outcomes overseen by live dealers. 89pkr does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stake returned to your balance. Winnings from a provably malfunctioned round will not be paid.
• If a game is offered in error with incorrect odds, return-to-player settings or limits, 89pkr reserves the right to void bets placed under those erroneous conditions.

Live Casino games are subject to the additional rules of the specific table as communicated by the dealer and on-screen instructions. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in Live Casino environments.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 89pkr covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events — as well as Football, Esports and other markets. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed at the live odds shown at the moment of confirmation, not the odds displayed during any network delay.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For Cricket matches, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other conditions, bets will be settled based on the official result under the applicable rules (e.g., DLS method). Specific market settlement rules are detailed in the sports betting help section.
• 89pkr reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns may result in bets being voided and accounts being reviewed for potential abuse.

PSL and international Cricket betting markets are among the most active on 89pkr. Players are encouraged to check match schedules, team news and pitch conditions before placing their bets.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

89pkr is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without valid grounds after a legitimate transaction has been processed.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with 89pkr's systems, software or servers.
• Operating under a false identity, using another person's account or payment details.

89pkr uses monitoring tools to detect unusual patterns. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional documentation before play can continue. Cooperating promptly with these requests will help resolve any issues quickly.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your 89pkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

89pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases of suspension due to a suspected breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation. 89pkr will notify the account holder where possible, though it is not obligated to do so if the notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability
